Footprint Butterfly

Today’s class is called Footprint Butterfly. The students listened to the story, The Very Hungry Caterpillar in class. We talked about the life cycle of a butterfly.

In class, we painted our feet and stamped them in the shape of a butterfly’s wings. The students giggled and said, “It’s cold!!” as their feet were being painted. After their feet were cleaned, they painted the body and the antennae.
